Chef Tan's phở broth simmers for over 12 hours — layered with star anise, cinnamon, and charred ginger. Tammy runs the front of house with warmth that makes every guest feel like family.

We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are closed every Tuesday.
Yes! We are located in a shopping plaza at 7625 S Rainbow Blvd, Ste 100, Las Vegas, NV 89139 with a large free parking lot directly in front of the restaurant. Parking is never a problem.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for regular dining. For large parties of 10 or more, or catering inquiries, please call us at (702) 922-5555 so we can accommodate your group.
Absolutely! We offer a 100% vegan phở with vegetable broth, vegetarian salad rolls, vegetarian crispy spring rolls, tofu bánh mì, lemongrass tofu, and many other plant-based dishes. Most of our phở and vermicelli bowls are also gluten-free. Look for the Vegan and GF tags on our menu.
Yes! We cater everything from office lunches to family parties and Vietnamese cultural celebrations. We can serve 20 to 100+ guests with custom menus including phở trays, bánh mì platters, rice combos, and Vietnamese coffee carafes. Call (702) 922-5555 to discuss your event.
